Call for Papers

Intra Africa Journal Hub invites original research articles, systematic reviews, case studies and policy analyses from researchers, scholars and practitioners working on or from the African continent. Accepted papers are published open access with a DOI, a permanent HTML edition and a certificate of publication.

Submission windows

One volume per calendar year, six issues per volume. Manuscripts received after a deadline roll into the next issue.

What to prepare

  • An anonymised manuscript in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) — no author names inside the file.
  • A structured abstract of 200–300 words with 4–6 keywords.
  • Full author list with affiliations, emails and ORCID identifiers where available.
  • APA 7th edition referencing, double spacing, 12 pt Times New Roman.
  • Declarations of funding, conflicts of interest and ethical clearance where applicable.

Article processing charge

A charge of USD 55 per accepted manuscript covers editorial handling, DOI registration, typesetting and permanent archiving. Payment is made after submission and can be settled by M-Pesa, bank transfer, mobile money or card.
